Our missions

The ARDE, AGENCY DEDICATED TO ECONOMIC ACTORS


The Regional Economic Development Agency is an associative structure which groups together 30 members from the private and public spheres: businesses, supra-local organisations, government offices, regional technology centers, and financial banking institutions.

Our goal:

Support the economic players in their development in Auvergne, as well as in the national and international theatres.

Our job:

Enhancing, organizing, supporting

Our missions:

- Guarantee the prospection of new businesses for their establishment in Auvergne

- Follow the businesses either starting their entry into the Region of already installed in order to enhance the Region’s workforce

- Support Auvergnat businesses in their development

- Promote Auvergne and its economic vitality

- Contribute to the versatility of the Regional economic industries

 

Key figures

  • In 2011:
  • Handled 60 new business files
  • 31 businesses accompanied to 6 international fairs/trade shows
  • 38 fact-finding missions (economic research)
  • 3 VIE shared time and cost positions recruited for 6 Auvergne businesses
